naomi_traveller to Troy Night Out tonight. In a cute little vintage shop, this HAT started whispering to me. So, to teach it a lesson, I put it on, just to prove that no, it was NOT my size, and while it might be JUST my colour, there was no way it would possibly stay perched on my head at that absurd angle...
Then a stranger in the store did a doubletake, and said "you NEED that hat, ma'am." And he didn't even work there. I took a look in the mirror, the jaunty little chapeau cuddling readily and steadily into my hair without so much as a hint of slippage, and... well. It was right. And what was worse, Naomi found hat pins too, so there'd not be even the slightest risk of me getting away clean.
I rolled my willpower check, and... then Dominus went all enabler on me, and I totally failed.
